best practices. Our technical library comprises various books, software, training material and an extensive knowledge database.
A full-fledged training department has been facilitated, with two fully-accessorized training rooms and separate sections for trade skill training and defensive driving courses, offered along with other training for soft skills such as communication and time management. We also have a fully functional air-conditioned mobile training unit (MTU), that moves between project locations, conducting short training and awareness courses on site.
Wade Adams will also provide you with the opportunity to learn from various industry experts, who are occasionally invited to conduct talks and workshops to staff in related fields.
