The purpose of this project is to widen the existing Breakwater Road to four lanes in each direction, and construct access roads and parking areas for Marina Mall located in the Breakwater Area. A two span bridge also constructed on the Breakwater Road to provide sea water exchange, Rock Armouring, Construction of 2 No water Fountains, Traffic signal junction and associated utility installation, protection and relocation works.
The principal challenge of this project was working close to sea and construction of two span bridge across the sea for sea water circulation
